Marlee, Chiropractic Assistant (Tech CA)
Having nearly 17 years of combined healthcare experience (Home Care, Admin, Office Managing for two multi-disciplinary healthcare centres, Chiropractic Assisting) Marlee realizes that her life’s most callings is to work in healthcare.
Marlee became enthralled with the magic of Chiropractic after attending the Parker Seminars in Las Vegas with her mother and sister, both chiropractors. She began working as their CA/Office Manager in 2010.
Marlee’s role has now evolved to working as Chiropractic Assistant (Tech CA) to Dr. Jayne Bidgood and Dr. Nicholas Milton. Marlee loves working with her sister and brother in-law as a team, loves helping people, and is watching with excitement as more and more people discover what Chiropractic can do for them.
Raelene Matthews, Accounts
Raelene grew up in the Okanagan, playing sports her entire life. At a young age, she came to learn the endless benefits healthcare practitioners can do for your overall well-being. Not only for maintaining health but also assisting immensely with injury recovery. (Which she learned first-hand recovering from minor sprains to ACL reconstruction surgery.)
Raelene has been working as an Office Administrator for the Bidgood family since 2015 and could not be more grateful to be employed by such caring and knowledgeable doctors. While working in office, her favourite part of the day was greeting and connecting with clients, along with hearing and seeing their progress from receiving regular care- as well as seeing her own progress! Dr. Jayne Bidgood & Dr. Nicholas Milton’s chiropractic care throughout both of her pregnancies played an immense role in helping her to maintain optimum comfort and health. Raelene’s roll has shifted to working remotely from home over the last couple of years where she is fortunate to be a stay-at-home mother to two vivacious young daughters.
In her spare time, you can find Raelene in her continuously expanding vegetable garden, helping her husband with home renovations, going on adventures with their two huskies and spending quality family time together.
