From the moment I walked into Capital Chiropractic, I felt totally at ease. First, there is the clinic assistant Marlee, the epitome of warmth and efficiency combined. There is a cozy waiting room with lumbar cushions on the seats though I never have to use them as they are always running on time. It's the only chiropractor's that administered some baseline tests in order to measure my progress. Dr. Milton is competent, knowledgeable and friendly. He makes suggestions for exercises and frequency of adjustments, supports my use of allied health practitioners to help get my back on track, but never pushes any agenda. He has a variety of equipment and uses an array of techniques that take me from stiff and crooked to more flexible, straightened up, and less pain. Being fairly new in town, I feel I really lucked out in finding them, and though I hadn't had a relapse of my old SI joint injury for many years, I'm certain that with Capital Chiropractic's help, it's not as debilitating as it has been in the past.
